Our favorite toys, puzzles, leashes and other things for the pups

Leashes

One of the basic things that everyone has to have for their pups is the leash. Choosing the correct leash can change your walks for the better. Our least favorite leashes are retractable. They do not provide you with the needed control of your dog (especially living in a city), they can easily break and also sometimes cause an injury to you and/or your pupper. Here is a list of our favorites:

-Vivaglory Dog Training Leash. Great tool especially if you have a big dog. It comes in different colors and both handles are padded for extra comfort of your hands :)

-Make a statement with Leather Dog Leash. Soft, durable and comfortable.

-Going on a hike? Give your dog a bit more freedom by using a longer leash.

-Got a small pup? Here is our favorite leash.

Chew toys

It doesn’t matter if you have a teething puppy or an adult dog, they have a need to chew! Do not let them destroy your house by providing an outlet for their chewing desire. Remember to always supervise when introducing a new toy to your dog.

Here are some toys/chews that we love for our puppies: Puppy Kong, Topple, Bully Stick (we recommend getting a Bully Buddy for it), teething rings, leather toys, Nylabone, Wood Chew. Every puppy will be different, with different preferences and likes. By providing them with the variety of chew toys you can learn their preferences and cater better to their needs.

Chew toys for adult dogs. Benebone, Adult Dog Kong Toys, StarMark, Topple

Crates and Enclosures

Crates and enclosures are recommended especially for a new puppy to keep them safe and out of trouble. You can go as fancy as you want with those and below are just some examples :)

-Wired crate, usually comes with the divider so you can accommodate your growing fur baby.

-Portable folding crate makes travel easy. Not suitable for every dog as it is light weight and easy to break and chew through.

-Playpen is great for smaller pups.

-X pen is great as you can easily change the shape and connect it to a wired crate.

-Furniture like crates can become a beautiful addition to your home.

-Diggs Revor crate is travel friendly and is built with your dog’s safety in mind

Harnesses

With such a great variety of harnesses it is sometimes very difficult to make a choice. We are here to help! Some of our favorites:

-Freedom Harness. Great for any dog that pulls, especially for big pullers. It comes in variety of sizes and colors.

-PetSafe 3-in-1. Very similar to Freedom and we love it as much.

-Gooby Escape Free. Great for little dogs.

-Balance Harness.
